Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

RezervSpot sells digital credits and subscription access. As a general rule, digital purchases are non-refundable once credits have been consumed.

2. Refund Eligibility

ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:

  • Duplicate charges (charged twice for the same transaction)
  • Technical failure where credits were deducted but no content was generated (provide transaction ID and timestamp)
  • Subscription charged after a documented cancellation request that was not processed

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND:

  • Credits consumed on successful generations
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Partial month subscription use

3. How to Request a Refund

Email rezervspot@gmail.com with:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request — [transaction ID]"
  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID (from Dodo Payments receipt)
  • Reason for request

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

4. Subscription Cancellations

Cancel anytime via Dashboard → Billing → Manage Subscription. Access continues until end of current billing period. No partial-month refunds.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
