1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing rezervspot.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

RezervSpot is an AI-powered script generation tool for YouTube Shorts creators. The service generates scripts, title suggestions, hook variations, and SEO packs using AI models. Output quality is not guaranteed and may require editing before use.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information during signup
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account
  • One account per person — no shared or resold accounts on free tier
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Free Credits:

New accounts receive 50 free credits. Free credits do not roll over between billing cycles if on a paid plan's monthly reset.

4.2 Paid Plans:

Starter ($9/mo), Pro ($19/mo), Agency ($49/mo). Prices in USD. Billed monthly. Payments processed by Dodo Payments.

4.3 Credit Consumption:

Credits are consumed on successful generation only. Failed generations due to server errors do not consume credits. Successful generations that produce output you dislike are non-refundable — this is AI-generated content with inherent variability.

4.4 Plan Changes:

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at next billing cycle. Credits from the previous plan period are not prorated or refunded.

See our Refund Policy page for full details. Summary: digital credit purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use — Prohibited Actions

You agree NOT to use RezervSpot to:

  • Generate content that violates YouTube's Community Guidelines
  • Create scripts designed to harass, defame, or target individuals
  • Generate content promoting illegal activities
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service via automated means
  • Reverse-engineer the AI prompts or skill frameworks
  • Resell or sublicense generated content as a white-label service without explicit written permission
  • Create multiple free accounts to circumvent credit limits
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable law

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content:

You own the scripts, titles, and other content generated using your credits. You grant RezervSpot a limited license to store and display your generated content within the vault feature.

7.2 Our Platform:

RezervSpot's software, design, skill frameworks, and prompt architecture are proprietary. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the platform itself.

7.3 AI-Generated Content:

AI-generated output may not be copyrightable in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for verifying copyright status in your jurisdiction before commercial use of generated content.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • That generated scripts will achieve specific view counts or channel growth metrics
  • That AI-generated content will be free from factual errors
  • Uninterrupted availability of the service
  • That generated content will comply with YouTube policies (you must verify before publishing)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RezervSpot's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RezervSpot harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your generated content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your vault content is deleted within 90 days.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

13. Changes to Terms

We will notify users of material changes via email 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
