Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RezervSpot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and account holders.

2. Service Description

RezervSpot provides a link reservation and redirection platform that allows users to:

  • Reserve and manage custom aliases (short links)
  • Route incoming traffic through configurable multi-agent rotators
  • Capture visitor information through lead gates
  • Track click analytics and referral data
  • Access programmatic API endpoints for alias management

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use paid features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your Google OAuth credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Phishing, spoofing, or impersonating any person or entity
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Harassment, abuse, or sending unsolicited messages
  • Reserving aliases that infringe on trademarks or intellectual property
  • Circumventing any geographical restrictions imposed by WhatsApp or Meta
  • Any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and proprietary technology, is owned by RezervSpot. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Aliases you reserve remain your responsibility, but the RezervSpot platform and its underlying infrastructure are our intellectual property.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Subscriptions

Paid plans (Commercial Pro and API Proxy Gateway) are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during checkout. All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.

6.2 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Dodo Payments in accordance with their refund policy. Please contact hello@rezervspot.com with any billing disputes.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:

  • Phone numbers are encrypted at rest using AES-256
  • Click analytics are anonymized for aggregate reporting
  • We do not sell your personal information
  • You retain ownership of all content you provide

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RezervSpot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
  • WhatsApp usernames will be available for reservation
  • Meta's BSUID or username APIs will remain accessible
  • Redirect latencies will meet any specific performance target

10. Third-Party Services

RezervSpot integrates with third-party services including WhatsApp/Meta, Supabase, Dodo Payments, and Vercel. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of WhatsApp is subject to Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp's Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or conduct that harms the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your aliases and data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RezervSpot harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
