2.1 Account Data (via Clerk authentication):

• Email address
• Name (if provided)
• Authentication provider data (if using OAuth)
• Account creation timestamp

2.2 Usage Data:

• Credits purchased and consumed
• Niches selected and generations created
• Content generated (stored in your vault)
• Session activity and feature usage patterns

2.3 Payment Data (via Dodo Payments):

• We do NOT store card numbers or payment credentials
• Dodo Payments processes all transactions
• We receive: transaction ID, plan type, payment status
• Dodo Payments Privacy Policy applies to payment processing

2.4 Technical Data:

• IP address (logged by hosting infrastructure)
• Browser type and version
• Device type
• Pages visited and time spent
• Vercel Analytics data (anonymized Core Web Vitals)

3. How We Use Your Data

• Providing and operating the RezervSpot service
• Processing credit purchases and managing your balance
• Sending transactional emails (welcome, low credit warnings, generation confirmations) via Resend
• Detecting and preventing fraudulent activity
• Improving product features based on aggregate usage patterns
• Complying with legal obligations

4. Data Storage and Security

• Account and usage data stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL)
• Supabase infrastructure is hosted on AWS
• Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Authentication tokens managed by Clerk with industry-standard security practices
• We retain account data for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion

We use minimal cookies required for authentication (session tokens managed by Clerk) and performance monitoring (Vercel Analytics, which uses privacy-preserving measurement). No advertising cookies are used. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your generated content from the vault
• Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing

8. Data Retention

• Active accounts: data retained for account lifetime
• Deleted accounts: data purged within 90 days of deletion request
• Generated content: deleted with your account
• Payment records: retained 7 years for tax compliance (Dodo Payments)

9. Children's Privacy

RezervSpot is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact rezervspot@gmail.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify registered users via email of material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
